I am a Ph.D. candidate in Philosophy and Yates Dissertation Fellow at the University of Tennessee. My primary interests are theoretical and practical ethics (esp. environmental ethics, animal ethics, and medical ethics), but I also have research interests in the philosophy of science and the history of modern philosophy. My teaching interests are more broad, including introductory philosophy, history of philosophy, formal and informal logic, and philosophy of religion.
